Description
To measure your Net Promoter Score, ask customers, “From zero to 10, how likely is it you would recommend us to a friend?” Customers answering 9 or 10 are promoters, 7 or 8 are passives, and 0-6 are detractors. Percent promoters minus percent detractors is your Net Promoter Score. Companies with the highest Net Promoter Score grow the fastest.
