Description

Once you’ve advertised for a position in the company and you’re starting to interview candidates, make sure you have a clear idea of the characteristics that will fit the corporate DNA. In other words, try not to hire such that you create a homogeneous culture, but rather ask the question, “Does this person fit the values of my company?” If you focus on the candidates values and characteristics you will build a workforce with diversity that also holds the core beliefs of the organization.
