Description

1.) Set expectations for direction and distance. What do we need to focus on? How far do we need to go? 2) Make sure people feel they feel they are contributing to something bigger than themselves. 3) Provide support, through coaching or an interest in the individual’s personal success. Translate organizational goals into activities, deliverables, and behaviors — what individuals need to do, deliver, and display. Good managers also need feedback. Do your people spend their time focusing on the most important things? Do they produce the results you want?
