They include the best practices in project management and provide a flexible and adaptable approach to suit all projects. PRINCE2 is a project management method designed to provide a framework for a wide variety of disciplines and activities required within a project.
This course is designed to help prepare learners for the PRINCE2 Foundation certification exam. It provides an overview of the planning-related themes in a PRINCE2-aligned project, specifically the Business Case, Organization, Plans and Risk themes.
