Description
SQL Server 2005 is a true enterprise database. SQL Server 2005 supports several legacy client access methods as well as a number new data access methods and features. This course identifies how to effectively design and implement a database application using SQL Server 2005. This includes designing an effective access strategy, designing an appropriate error-handling strategy, and designing an efficient transaction processing strategy. To thoroughly understand this subject it is necessary to identify performance issues and optimize all aspects of the design once implemented. Accordingly, the course identifies how to design an efficient query strategy and how to identify and remedy database performance issues.
