The ACIS – Avaya Aura Contact Center CCT and Multimedia credential certifies that you have the basic-to-intermediate level of proficiency required to install and implement Avaya Aura Contact Center Communication Control Toolkit (CCT) and multimedia products.

Qualified candidates typically have at least two years of experience in the relevant technologies and up to one year of experience implementing Avaya Aura Contact Center CCT and Multimedia products. The successful candidate has the knowledge and skills to:

  • Prepare for implementation
  • Install the product hardware and software
  • Test, validate, and troubleshoot the implementation
  • Configure the product for hand-off to Day 2 administration
