Avaya Certified Implementation Specialist (ACIS) – Avaya Aura® Contact Center

The ACIS – Avaya Aura Contact Center credential certifies that you have the basic-to-intermediary level of technical proficiency necessary to install and implement Avaya Aura Contact Center products.

Qualified candidates typically have at least two years of experience in the relevant technologies and up to one year of experience implementing the Avaya Aura Contact Center product. The successful candidate has the knowledge and skills to:

  • Prepare for implementation
  • Install the product hardware and software
  • Test, validate, and troubleshoot the implementation
  • Configure the product for hand-off to Day 2 administration
