Description

Microsoft Windows 8.1 is the latest version of the Microsoft Windows PC desktop operating system. It includes a tablet-style user interface, as well as the more conventional Windows desktop interface.
This course will introduce learners to key features of Windows 8.1 and demonstrate how to interact with the new UI using either mouse and keyboard or a touch screen device. The course demonstrates how to move around apps, the Start screen, and the desktop. And it covers common tasks such as adding and removing shortcuts and changing settings.
