Effective project management relies on careful tracking and management of a project’s progress as the project progresses. In this course, you will learn how to use Microsoft Project 2013 to create baselines, update actual progress, and compare progress against the baselines. You’ll also learn how to resolve potential scheduling problems and display critical path information for a project.
